Summer Ending

I love these feet!

After all of the fun these girls have had this summer, we are ending it with a bang. For the last week we've been at their Nana and Papa's in North Carolina and enjoyed spending the weekend with them down in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This was the girls second trip to the beach this summer. I had to smile a little when I kept reading about everyone's kids starting up school and while they were headed to class, we were headed to the beach. Just one of the many joys of being a stay at home mom with my girls --having the chance and time to go visit family one more time before summer is over. They loved the sand...until the water came in and surprised them. At that point, the fun was over and we spent the rest of our time at the pool. Maybe next summer the ocean won't be so scary! Much easier to recap our time here in pics, so here goes!

My little beach bums at their Nana and Papa's house

As soon as we arrived, the girls were ready for their supper, so Nana and Papa fed the hungry munchkins!

And shortly after, Madeline was so excited she kicked her sweet potatoes right off the bar and all over the floor and wall! Of course Bailey was happy to help with the clean up. ha!

Savannah goes crazy over glasses! She wants our drinks like there's no tomorrow!

Such big girls!! Getting ready for a big night out on the town.

Madeline's ready for the beach!

Savannah completely LOVING the lazy river, and Madeline close behind!

I mean....these girls LOVED it. Their little legs just kicked away while the water carried them down the "lazy river".

Oh my goodness how much do I love these girls!!!
